Chocolatier made of sturdy steel and polycarbonate frame. Temperature range: 65°to 85°C.
Heating in a water bath prevents the chocolate from burning.
The bottom of the container is made of steel. The side walls are made of polycarbonate.
Drip pan with floating overflow indicator. Protection against overheating.
Continuous stirring ensures smooth consistency of the chocolate.
Special anti-drip spout. Required ambient temperature: 10°C to 32°C
