Dough flattening machine – disk 14-30 cm

Perfect for rolling out pizza dough, pasta dough and cake/ravioli dough. Two pairs of adjustable rollers shape the dough into a disk of fixed thickness. Can be in continuous use or controlled with included foot pedal. Separate roller protection for easy and safe use. Adjustable discs for flattening dough with diameter from 14 to 30 cm and thickness from 1 to 4 mm. Machine weight 28 kg.
