Potato peeler with capacity of 10 kg of potatoes per load, can peel 140 to 200 kg per hour.
Intended for professional use, ideal for industrial kitchens, institutional kitchens or any kitchen that needs to quickly peel large quantities of potatoes and other root vegetables. Peels potatoes by abrasive disc and abrasive pads inside the drum. Drum, disc and abrasive pads made of high-quality stainless steel for a very durable, efficient and easy-to-clean machine.
The abrasive disc is equipped with aluminum alloy agitators. The lid is made of durable polycarbonate; it allows you to keep an eye on the peeling process. Thanks to the powerful motor, peeling a single load takes only 2 to 3 minutes. Control panel equipped with 8-minute timer and indicator lights. Very safe to use, a microswitch stops the peeler when the lid is opened.
Equipped with a fresh water connection and drain, for rinsing potatoes during peeling.
With an effective peel siphon, consisting of 2 containers, one of which is perforated, it prevents clogging of the sewer system.
The legs have plastic feet for stability, two legs have mounting plates for secure attachment to the floor. Water resistance class: IP23.
