Bain-marie container that gradually heats foods and keeps them at a controlled and constant temperature without burning or boiling. The rounded corners of the water container make cleaning much easier. It is an ideal and reliable addition to self-service kitchens or buffets. Measurements 590x332x(H)242 mm. Net weight 7.16 kg. 1000 W power.
GN containers are not included in the set. AISI 201 stainless steel housing and water container. Compatible with 1 GN 1/1 container with a maximum height of 150 mm. Also suitable for combinations of smaller GN containers, such as 2x GN 1/2 or 3x GN 1/3. Placement of GN 1/6 containers is possible provided an adapter bar is used (not included in the set, can be purchased separately – codes: 808153, 808108). Temperature range: 30 °C to 85 °C. Temperature adjusted with a knob-6 levels of heating. Equipped with a thermostat indicator light. Water container with minimum and maximum water level indicators. Overheating protection. Waterproof classification: IPX3.
