Stainless steel oblique blade. Air-cooled motor with overheat protection.
Motor with extra high power for cutting hard meats. Equipped with built-in blade guard and sharpener. Trolley with safety screen and residue collector with vertical lock.
Quickly and easily disassembled for cleaning operations. Complies with all safety requirements for commercial use such as:

• Setting the thickness to 0 keeps the blade behind the blade guard.
• Protection from triggering if the blade axis or sharpener cover is not in place.
• The carriage can only be locked and removed when the blade is set to thickness 0.

Not suitable for cutting cheese.
